Our Average Billing Program is designed for customers who prefer one consistent monthly payment for year-round lawn maintenance and additional services such as trimming, mulch, lawn treatments, and seasonal color.

Your mowing estimate is based on weekly service during the growing season (April–October) and bi-weekly service as needed during the dormant season (November–March), averaging approximately 36 mowing visits per year.

There is no long-term contract, and you can adjust or cancel your services at any time.

We strongly recommend year-round service for properties with heavy leaf accumulation. Regular visits help prevent excessive leaf buildup and keep your property looking clean throughout the dormant season.

Every customer receives access to a convenient customer portal where you can view current and previous invoices. Each invoice is itemized and includes the services performed during that billing period.

At the end of each month, you will receive one consolidated invoice for all work completed during that month.

Through the customer portal, you can securely add a credit card or ACH/bank account and enable automatic payments for added convenience.

Texas weather can be unpredictable. If weather prevents us from servicing your property on the scheduled day, our crew will make every effort to complete the service within the next two calendar days, including weekends. After the property has been serviced, we will return to your normal scheduled service day for the following visit.

We understand that schedules and lawn needs can change. Simply contact us as soon as possible if you need to pause, reschedule, or modify your services. Because our routes are planned in advance, providing notice helps us adjust the schedule and keep your property on the appropriate service cycle.

No. You do not need to be home for our regular lawn maintenance services. As long as we have access to the areas that need to be serviced, our crew can complete the work while you are away.

We ask that gates be unlocked and that any pets, toys, hoses, or other items be moved out of the lawn before our scheduled visit.
