By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Circle T Lawn Care & Services LLC ("Circle T," "we," "us") provides lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and property maintenance services in Keller, Texas and the surrounding area. All work is performed based on the scope agreed upon in your quote or service agreement.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may vary based on property conditions at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for recurring service plans.
Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to a service suspension until the balance is resolved.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Property Access
You are responsible for providing clear access to the service area, including unlocking gates, removing vehicles, and securing pets. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area, including but not limited to toys, hoses, sprinkler heads, or garden decor.
Liability
Circle T carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities, or irrigation lines not disclosed or marked prior to service.
Weather Delays
Services may be delayed due to weather. We will reschedule at the next available time without penalty to either party.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas, under the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
